Free Shipping applies to orders over $100.

All free shipping promotions only apply to the cont. 48 states, shipping costs will apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Your order will be processed the next day, Sunday – Thursday (excluding holiday closures), Orders placed Friday and Saturday will be processed the following business day. When your order is placed you will receive confirmation via email, once the order is processed you will receive your tracking number and warranty information via email.

Shipping Delays:

We always aim to ship your order on time however, factors outside our control such as extreme weather conditions, or road network issues may cause your order to be delayed. We politely point out that In these circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.

Lost Packages:

If you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at https://www.eva-dry.com/contact-us/  They will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is shipped to the specified shipping address. Once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being shipped and signed for at the shipping address our liability ceases.

Damages to your order:

At Eva-Dry, we ensure every order is shipped in good condition however, occasionally some products can get damaged during shipping. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your product, please contact our Customer Service team at https://www.eva-dry.com/contact-us/. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving damaged items, we will deem your order as accepted.

International Orders/ Warranty:

Eva-Dry only accepts orders and processes warranty claims within the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. International orders through outside sales platforms must pay any shipping cost to expedite a warranty claim. Orders will be processed online in US currency either via Credit / Debit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal.

We really hope you like your purchase from Eva-Dry however, in the event you do wish to make a return, simply follow the below instructions within 30 days of your purchase date.

Steps to Return your Item:

If you wish to return your item, please message our Customer Service team using the contact form, https://www.eva-dry.com/contact-us/  providing your order number, and our team will clearly outline the next steps you need to take to return your item.

Repackage your item in its original packaging, but if you no longer have the packaging, please make sure that it is wrapped and packaged as securely as possible.

In most cases, the final returns address you will be provided with is shown below. However, in some cases, you may be required to send your returns elsewhere. Please follow Customer Service guidance closely. Please be aware, that we do not cover the cost of the returns.

In order for a return to be eligible for a refund please ensure you provide proof of shipping for your return within 30 days of the original purchase date of your item.

We kindly ask that you return your item to us in good condition with no signs of visible damage. Again, please be aware we do not cover the cost of the returns.

Refunds:

I haven’t received my refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your statement again, these incoming payments can be overlooked.

If you cannot see the transaction, please contact your card issuer company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

CANCELLATIONS:

When an order has been placed, we process it the next day and may be unable to cancel it or make any changes. You may try to contact Customer Service at https://www.eva-dry.com/contact-us/ or call (877) 382-3790. 

Our Customer Service team may be able to request that it is ‘returned to sender’ however, this is not guaranteed.

If a shipment is attempted, please refuse it and it will be returned back to our warehouse. If your order is shipped, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please be aware, that we don’t cover the cost of returns.
