Eva-Dry Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
The Eva-Dry Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Eva-Dry, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

2. How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the official entry form on the Eva-Dry website. All required fields must be completed for an entry to be valid. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Period:
The contest begins on January 21, 2025, and ends on January 24, 2025. All entries must be received by 4:00 PM (ET) on the final day of the contest.

4. Prizes:
The grand prize is one (1) Eva-Dry EDV-365 Air Dry Dehumidification System.
The secondary prizes consist of eleven (11) Eva-Dry EDH-10i Smart Temperature and Humidity Sensors.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Eva-Dry reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the specified prize is unavailable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on January 27, 2025. Winners will be notified by email within 3 business days of the drawing. To ensure delivery of the winner notification, participants are advised to add [email address] to their email address book to avoid the notification being sent to the junk or spam folder.

6. Claiming the Prize:
Winners must respond to the prize notification email within 5 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time frame, a new winner will be selected. The winner may be asked to provide additional information, including shipping details and a valid ID, to confirm their eligibility.

7. Privacy:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Eva-Dry. You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link included in each email. Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and delivering the prizes. Your information will not be shared with third parties.

8. General Terms:
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official terms and conditions and the decisions of Eva-Dry, which are final in all matters related to the giveaway. Eva-Dry reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or tampers with the entry process. Eva-Dry is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries or any technical issues that may affect the entry process.

9. Limitation of Liability:
Eva-Dry is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Eva-Dry and its affiliates from any liability.

10. Governing Law:
The Eva-Dry Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes related to this giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough, Florida.

11. Publicity:
By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow Eva-Dry to use their name, likeness, and any other information provided for marketing purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Contest Sponsor:
The Eva-Dry Giveaway is sponsored by Eva-Dry, a division of Momentum SM, located at 12191 W Linebaugh Ave #152 Tampa, FL 33626, Tampa Bay, Florida.

13. Additional Terms:
Eva-Dry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues or fraud. If the giveaway is canceled, Eva-Dry may, at its discretion, select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
